The North Tonawanda C.itizens O.n P.atrol Neighborhood Watch Group (C.O.P.S.) was established in October, 2009 by several concerned citizens residing in North Tonawanda, New York. We meet on the second Thursday of most months at 7pm in the basement of Redeemer Lutheran Church, 265 Falconer Street, North Tonawanda, New York. Mission statement for C.O.P.S. : The North Tonawanda C.itizens O.n P.atrol Neighborhood Watch Group has been organized to promote the education of residents and businesses in North Tonawanda in the areas of crime prevention and quality of life. This includes the safeguarding of the community, its residents and their properties through voluntary activities including public information, problem solving and addressing city problems and concerns. We will create an alert neighborhood by using crime prevention methods and through the mutual aid of neighbors watching the property of other neighbors.
